Third-Party Fees

Courier, translation, and attestation fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

Free Reapplication Assistance

If your visa is rejected, we offer free reapplication assistance for the same destination within 6 months. Service fee can be applied to your next application.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

5. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in special circumstances:

Medical Emergencies

Serious medical emergencies preventing travel may qualify for partial refund with documentation.

Travel Bans

Government-imposed travel bans allow rescheduling or credit for future services.

Our Error

If we make an error causing rejection, we waive fees for reapplication.
