Hotel Reservations

Hotel bookings facilitated through partners. Subject to hotel terms and cancellation policies.

3. Your Responsibilities

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • If acting on behalf of others, you represent that you have authority to do so

Information Accuracy

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Ensure all documents are genuine and valid
  • Review all information before submission
  • Notify us immediately of any errors

Important: Submission of false documents or misrepresentation may lead to application rejection, visa bans, and legal consequences.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in the specified currency before services are rendered. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Non-Refundable Service fees once work has begun
Non-Refundable Government visa fees (embassy policy)
Free Reapplication For rejected visas within 6 months
Partial Refund Considered before work begins

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Visa denials or delays by embassies/consulates
  • Flight cancellations or schedule changes by airlines
  • Hotel overbookings or quality issues
  • Weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God
  • Political unrest, strikes, or government actions

Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Privacy & Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
